GHE Series Extruder

The Premium GHE-Series Extruder Gearboxes are designed for single-screw extrusion applications, available in double-reduction parallel-shaft configurations with both horizontal and vertical mounting options.

These high-performance gearboxes are engineered to transmit the high torque required for pressurising and plasticising materials during the extrusion process. They feature an integrated spherical roller thrust bearing arrangement to withstand high axial thrust loads, ensuring reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions.

A specially designed axial bearing housing accommodates thrust bearings of different sizes to suit specific application loads. The hollow output shaft is available with different bore sizes and thrust-bearing configurations to accommodate the extruder screw.

The GHE-Series can be supplied in left-hand or right-hand configurations, with horizontal or vertical mounting arrangements to meet specific installation requirements.
